This Raspberry Cheesecake from my old friend I Quit Sugar: https://iquitsugar.com/recipe/christmas-berry-swirl-cheesecake/
The flavour is delicate, the consistency creamy and silky. I made and used my own cream cheese from full fat, natural yoghurt(full details on how to create see: https://kamilleroach.wordpress.com/2014/12/02/healthy-carrot-walnut-muffins/ ). I shall have to freeze the cheesecake ASAP because it is terribly good and my skinny jeans are getting too tight!
