Even though this had a lovely flavour, I used bottled cherries and the mixture was waaay too wet, so I shall follow the recipe to the letter next time!

The flavour is delicate, the consistency creamy and silky. I made and used my own cream cheese from full fat, natural yoghurt(full details on how to create see: https://kamilleroach.wordpress.com/2014/12/02/healthy-carrot-walnut-muffins/ ). I shall have to freeze the cheesecake ASAP because it is terribly good and my skinny jeans are getting too tight!
