Skinny Fitness

This is a confession. I get up between 5 – 6 am and do 50 minutes of moderate to intense exercise every day and I like it! Even in the dark. Even in winter in 3 degrees which makes your body steam. Sometimes its the favourite part of my day. It makes me feel alive and keeps me fit and sane!

I like big active events like fun runs. I’m an opportunist; cycling to work, and swimming while my kids are doing their lessons.

But I haven’t always been this way. I’ve been overweight, unmotivated and very resistant to doing anything that produces sweat. But that was the bad ol’ days!

I feel the best I’ve felt my whole life.
