Food

I have to work with my body – I only have one. I can’t move out or buy a new model. This is it; food intolerances, family history, strengths and weaknesses.

Food is one way I can stay healthy; if I’m aware and committed. I don’t like pain. Its an excellent motivator(flashback 17 years to me on knees in kitchen due to stomach pain. Oh and there’s me pacing at 2 am, unable to sleep due to stomach pain.) Like I said, excellent motivator.
